Well hello again and happy new year to you.Well I had my op on the 16th of november and im glad to say all seems to have gone well thank god.
I weighed 19.8 when I had op 7wks ago I now weigh 17.10 as of today which im quite happy about.I will weigh myself again in 1 wk and see if ive lost anymore by then I should do as im hardley eating anything at the moment lol but I know you can as with all diets hit a plateu im just hoping I dont hit mine to soon as I would love to be in my 16s by my birthday.
