Well I cant beleve it I never thought id see the day when I would be near my 16 stones again lol ive 4 more pound to lose and I will be in them woop woop
I cant wait Im hoping I will be in my 16s by my birthday which is in 12 days fingers crossed eh.
On an other note I wasnt to good last night I was sick after I had my tea oops I musnt of chewed my tea properly so my pouch has been a little bit tender today and when ive tried to eat its felt like there was wind in my pouch so a lovely friend of mine who has also had the op has just told me to have a drink 10 mins before I eat and this should lubricate my pouch and it shouldnt hurt also my pouch is prob a lil swollen from yesterday so we shall wait and see if it works lol anyway bye for now folks lin.x
