Good morning all, well yesterday was a very eventfull day for me! I made three new friends on WW online, and one asked did I have a blog? I said no, and she told me how to do it so here it is lol.
Well after spending most of the day puting stuff on it, it was then time to take my son to his nin jit su class where he's been going for three weeks and loves it so he's coming on really well i'm so proud of him and it's made me think about maybe joining an areobics class in my local gym
as I would like to do something like that and i think it will help me on my way to my 10% goal because I only have a few pound to lose to get there! I also think it will help me tone up my flab so I wont be left with anything horrid when i've lost all my weight, and I defo need to tone up my arms euch there horrible! I hate them but i'ts a workin progress isn't it girls?
I've also deceided that if I do the aerobics then after a month or so i'm going to try and go to aqua areobics with my friend Tracey from WW classes, and hopefully my other friend Paula will join us. I just hope there isn't a chippy next door to the baths when we go lol.
Also i found out why i'ts so important to drink water, It helps your metabolisim and puts moisture in to your skin which helps with your bowels and i'ts a natural appetite surpresent, I know i didnt beleve it either but i have to say after drinkin loads yesterday i woke up this morning and i wasnt hungry, so maybe there is some truth in it i'm on my second glass of the day so far and I managed to drink 7 cups of water yesterday along with a cup of tea and a glass of juice!
I dont think i've ever drank so much "he-he" bye for now Linda.x
