Christmas is coming and the goose is getting fat!


Thank god its the only one lol.
Well we got our new plan this week from weight watchers its called the discover plan and its all about eating foods that make you feel fuller for longer,so you are not tempted to snack in between meals which I think is great and so far today so good. Ive had breakfast and lunch and I dont feel like snacking.
But to be honest I dont snack much anyway sometimes not at all but if I do its on healthy snacks.
